Do you possess the following qualifications & attributes?
- Minimum of
5 CXC O’ Levels including Mathematics & English
- Previous
experience as a sales representative with ability to influence customers
and close sales.
- Effective
interpersonal & Strong verbal/written Communication
skills
- Own
reliable working vehicle and possess a valid Trinidad & Tobago driver’s
license.
- Preferred
candidates should possess experience in a fast paced sales environment.
- An
aggressive go-getter, who is punctual, responsible, self-motivated &
able to work effectively without much supervision
- Position
is open only to nationals of Trinidad and Tobago currently living in
Trinidad & Tobago.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Report
directly to the appointed Sales Supervisor/Manager.
- Work
directly with customers in person, via email and telephone to describe TracTT
products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current
customers to purchase new & existing products and/or services.
- Educate
customers on product offerings, services and explain pricing and answer
questions from customers to build value in the TracTT - customer
relationship.
- Follow
up with customers in person and via telephone or email following initial
sales contact by a sales team member, to expedite lead conversion.
- Identify
customer issues and provide appropriate solutions by following the company
procedures for issue resolution AND the up-selling of additional products
and or services.
- Obtain
customer commitment and facilitate delivery and/or installation of product
where necessary.
- Consistently
meet assigned departmental sales goals and targets.
- Maintain
continued product education to better service customers and increase
success probability.
- Assist
the Sales Team in the design and delivery of direct marketing strategies
for all products & services.
- Participate
fully in all team building activities and company functions unless
reasonable cause is approved by a Director or appointed supervisor/manager.
- Maintain
daily communication through designated channels and keep an accurate daily
record of all sales related activity.
- Prepare,
compile & complete daily & weekly Sales Activity and any other
requested on-demand reports of work related activity.
- Any
other tasks related to The Revenue Acceleration Company of Trinidad &
Tobago Ltd business as determined by the company's Directors or the
appointed line manager.
