Inbound/ Outbound Sales Specialist

Do you possess the following qualifications & attributes?

  • Minimum of 5 CXC O’ Levels including Mathematics & English 
  • Previous experience as a sales representative with ability to influence customers and close sales.
  • Effective interpersonal & Strong verbal/written Communication skills
  • Preferred candidates should possess experience in a fast paced sales environment.
  • An aggressive go-getter, who is punctual, responsible, self-motivated & able to work effectively without much supervision
  • Position is open only to nationals of Trinidad and Tobago currently living in Trinidad & Tobago.

General Job Description:

The Sales Specialist will place outbound calls to potential customers seeking to purchase TracTT Ltd Products & services and make appointments for the Filed Sales Representatives to visit to close sales leads. The Sales Specialist will also call on leads from TracTT Ltd's existing customer base. Cold calls are required! Job Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet sales targets as assigned by TracTT directors in writing.
  • Work directly with customers via telephone, email and when necessary in person (at TracTT offices), to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new & existing products and/or services.
  • Educate customers on product offerings, services and explain pricing and answer questions from customers to build value in the TracTT customer relationship.
  • Acquire customer commitment and facilitate delivery and/or installation of product.
  • Follow up with customers via telephone or email following initial sales contact by a sales team member.
  • Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions by following the company procedures for issue resolution AND the up-selling of additional products and or services.
  • Consistently maintain professional standards of communication - written and oral, with all customers and employees of TracTT Ltd.
  • Maintain continued product education to better service customers and increase success probability.
  • Maintain & communicate to the Sales Manager an accurate daily record of all sales activity.
  • Prepare, compile & complete all Monthly Sales Activity reports.
  • Any other tasks related to The Revenue Acceleration Company of Trinidad & Tobago Ltd business as determined by the company's Directors or an appointed line manager.
  • While under contract with TracTT Ltd,  the Field Sales Agent will not speak or write any negative, derogatory, defamatory or disparaging remarks about TracTT Ltd, its products, partners, clients and any associated brands, or third parties TracTT Ltd is engaged in business activity with.
