client is seeking to recruit Assertive, Dynamic individuals to fill the
Customer Service Representative
Function: The Customer Service
Representative is mandated to handle all incoming phone calls, managing e-mail
responses, and following up on customer requests and issues as it regards to
the product line which contributes to achieving sales targets for the company.
Qualifications and Experience
minimum of 5 Level’s.
Certification in Peachtree Accounting.
Certifications in Customer Service/Sales /Marketing or Public Relations will be
minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in database record keeping systems.
5. Any suitable combination of
training and experience.
Skills and Abilities

Proficient Ms. Outlook.
Excellent knowledge Microsoft Excel.
5. Computer savvy with a very
hands-on knowledge of Peachtree Accounting.
