Restaurant Supervisor

Works closely with management to guide restaurant staff and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and inventory control standards are maintained.  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

  • Certificate as evidenced in Supervisory Training in the Hospitality Industry or any combination of experience and Training.
  • Five O' Levels Passes or equivalent qualification including Mathematics English and Food and Nutrition.
  • Certification in Food and Nutrition or Food Preparation
  • Customer Service or Hospitality training/certification
  • Supervisory skills training/certification
