Sales Representative


Job Summary

The job incumbent is required to establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, in an effort to generate sales. He will be responsible for maximizing existing account sales, while proactively pursuing new business opportunities.

Job Description


·         Provide quality customer service to all customers (in store and on the field)

·         Address customer queries as they arise

·         Prepare and disseminate quotations as required

·         Conduct follow-up phone calls, emails and face to face visits with customers

·         Visit with and build relationships with new and existing accounts and acquire sales

·         Follow up on all orders to ensure successful closure of sales

·         Monitor competition by collecting current marketplace information on pricing, products & new products

·         Keep management informed by submitting monthly activity reports

·         Performs any other duties, as assigned by Manager/ Supervisor


·         A minimum of five (5) CXC O’Level passes inclusive of English Language and Mathematics

·         Associate Degree or Diploma in Business Management would be considered an asset

·         A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a customer service or sales environment

·         Must possess a valid Trinidad & Tobago Driver’s License  and a reliable working vehicle

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)


·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Good organizational skills

·         Professional and courteous disposition
