1. Installs hardware and peripheral components
such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives.
2. Loads specified software packages such as
operating systems and business applications into computer.
3. Enters commands and observes system
functions to verify correct system operation.
4. Responds to staff inquiries concerning
systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software and operator problems.
5. Instructs users on use of equipment, software
and manuals.
6. Recommends or performs remedial
actions to correct problems.
7. Replaces defective or inadequate hardware
and software packages.
8. Refers major hardware and software problems to third-party service
personnel for correction.
9. Responsible for securing company
information and the integrity of data and IT equipment including data backups
and restoration, anti-virus and firewall maintenance.
10. Performs related work as required by the
appropriate Authority.

4. Qualifications and Experience:-
1. A+ Certification
2. Network + Certification
3. Two (2) years' experience in a similar position
4. Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment with
MS Active Directory, TCP/IP
networking
5. Experience with PBX Management, CISCO Switches and Project Management will be considered an asset
