Foreign Purchasing Assistant



The Foreign Purchasing Assistant provides administrative and intermediate technical support to the Foreign Purchases Manager in the execution of the Company’s purchasing goals. Our ideal candidate has strong supplier relations, administration and communication skills.

Key duties include generating purchase orders; requesting quotations; updating files and reports; and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide and secure information.


Required qualifications and experience include:

· 5 O Level passes, inc. Mathematics and English

· Strong practical skills in Microsoft Office Suite

· At least 3 years’ similar work experience

· Working knowledge of Great Plains Accounting Software an asset

· A CIPS Certificate would be an asset

· Any other suitable combination of skills and experience
